Industrial Engineer from the University of Chile, with a masters degree in Economics applied to Public Policy from Georgetown University. He has more than 15 years of experience in energy efficiency policies. Since October 2022, he is the head of the transport and standards unit, which, among other functions, is implementing the first energy performance standards for vehicles in Chile.
