Pedro Mauricio Gutierrez

Lawyer with minor in environmental-mining and energy law, and master's degree in corporate law. With experience, training and interest in strategic management, negotiation, structuring and execution of infrastructure projects, corporate matters, public policies, and transportation projects. With more than 20 years of experience, he has advised both public and private entities in a wide range of transportation, energy and infrastructure matters.  

Currently, he is Deputy General Manager of TRANSMILENIO S.A, and faces the complex challenges of securing public and private financing for new fleet supply operations, while striving to meet Bogotá's ambitious urban transport decarbonisation goals.
