Li Yafei, Deputy Director of Comprehensive Transport Service Division, Department of Transport Services, Ministry of Transport. His primary areas of expertise are low-carbon and comprehensive transport. In recent years, he has focused on promoting modal-shift and multimodal transport and has dedicated himself to the introduction of relevant measures and contributed to the formulation and implementation of plans and action programs.
