Victor Bonilla Romera is a Principal in the Climate team at the EBRD. He contributes to the bank’s climate-focused initiatives, particularly in sustainable transport and infrastructure planning. His expertise supports the integration of climate resilience and low-carbon strategies (such as National E-Mobility Strategies) into investment projects. He also manages the GEF-funded EBRD E-Mobility Regional Support and Investment Platform.
