As Managing Director at Africa E-Mobility Alliance (AfEMA), Warren is a leading voice in Africa’s transition to sustainable transport who champions e-mobility policy, advocacy, and stakeholder collaboration across the continent. He has led the development of Africa’s largest E-Mobility Data Portal, the Africa E-Mobility Week, and the Charge Africa MoU, securing impactful partnerships and policy reforms. He previously co-founded ARC Ride Kenya’s operations, advancing EV assembly and tax incentives. A published researcher, Warren continues to drive innovation in clean transport solutions.
