The opening session welcomes transport policy makers and experts from GIZ’s global partner countries, setting the stage for this year’s theme: to connect ministerial representatives and experts to facilitate learning and knowledge exchange on a global scale. Participants will also be invited to contribute to the development of a collective message from the Transport and Climate Change Community, which will be presented at COP29.
