Ademola Ogunbanjo leads Oando Clean Energy Ltd as President and CEO, driving strategic vision and operational advancement of clean energy technologies. With over 25 years of experience, he is recognised as a transformational leader and sustainable development advocate within the energy sector.  

Before his current role, he served as Executive Vice President at OCEL and held pivotal roles as Executive Council Member and General Manager for Oando Energy Resources, where he managed key functions like Human Capital, Supply Chain, IT, and Corporate Communications.  

Ademola’s educational background includes a Certificate in Business, International Relations, and Political Economy from the London School of Economics, and he is an alumnus of several esteemed institutions, including Oxford's Said Business School and HEC Paris, focusing on Consulting and Coaching for Change.  His core expertise spans strategy, execution management, organizational design, and leadership coaching, collaborating with various global clients
