Alexandra is an engineer that leads urban planning processes focused on city development, land use planning, zoning, mobility, and transportation in the city of Ibarra. Currently, she heads the Sustainable Urban Mobility Program (PMUS), a city model with a vision toward 2036 for Ibarra.
