He is head of the Technical Unity of the National System of Mobility and Road Safety and has led the recently approved National Strategy of Mobility and Road Safety. With more than a decade of professional experience in the private sector and federal institutions, he leads the urban development for the most important rail infrastructure project in Mexico, as well as for the International Airport in Tulum.
