Ana Paula Mendes da Silva

Director - General of the National Directorate of Road Transport in Cabo Verde, with a background in Law and Political-Legal Sciences. She leads work on road transport regulation, vehicle inspections and registration, and road safety. Her focus includes strengthening mobility governance and coordinating with municipalities, the public company responsible for the management, maintenance and development of the national road network, and traffic police to advance safe and sustainable mobility.
