Andrea Cárdenas

Transport & mobility advisor for GIZ Mexico. She has more than 15 years of experience in transportation and mobility consultancy in Mexico and Latin America. She also worked as project leader for the Federal Mass Transportation Support Program (PROTRAM) at the National Infrastructure Fund (FONADIN) in Mexico. She has worked on multiple road, rail and mass public transportation projects. She is an economist, specialist in socioeconomic evaluation, with a master's degree in Economic and Social Policy Analysis at the University of York, England.
