Andrzej Ancygier

Andrzej Ancygier works as a Senior Energy and Climate Policy Expert at Climate Analytics in Berlin where he specializes in the European climate policy with a focus on renewable energy, sustainable transport, and energy efficiency. Before joining Climate Analytics, Andrzej was a Dahrendorf Research Fellow at the Hertie School of Governance, looking into the dynamics shaping Polish-German cooperation in the area of energy and climate. Andrzej holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences awarded by the Freie Universität Berlin and a Master's Degree in International relations from Wrocław University.
