Public policy expert in the fields of transport and climate with experience in energy and public health. At DGEC, Arnaud helps to oversee subsidy schemes, fiscal regimes and a range of other road transport decarbonisation policies at the French and EU level. Prior to his role at the DGEC, Arnaud worked on climate laws and policies at the Grantham Research Institute at the London School of Economics, and did consulting work for a range of organisations including UNEP and GIZ.
