Augusto Acosta, currently Project Manager at the Technical Secretariat of the City Climate Finance Gap Fund at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg (GIZ Secondee), has had a distinguished career in climate finance and urban infrastructure development. With expertise in business models for urban infrastructure and various financial structuring instruments, his previous positions include Senior Advisor at the Agency for Business and Economic Development (AWE) in Berlin and Sector Specialist at KfW Entwicklungsbank in Peru.
