Electrical engineer with a master's degree in sustainable energy management. He is currently an advisor to the regulatory office of the Colombian Ministry of Energy. In this role he has led initiatives on sustainable mobility and energy efficiency in the transportation sector, which has allowed him to effectively drive technological transitions, promoting the development of enabling conditions for the deployment of electric vehicles, and in recent years he has focused on the development of energy efficiency policies in the transportation sector.
