Carlos Sauer is a Technical Advisor at the Vice Ministry of Transport, MOPC Paraguay. An engineer, mathematician, and researcher specializing in electric mobility, he is a member of the team leading a pilot project involving 30 electric buses, their charging infrastructure, and the legislative and structural reform of the metropolitan public transport system.
