Chutinthorn Mankhong

Mrs. Chutinthorn Mankhong is the Director of the Bureau of Safety Planning at the Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP), under Thailand’s Ministry of Transport. She has served at the OTP since 2002, focusing on environmental and safety issues in the transport sector at both national and international levels. With over 20 years of experience in sustainable transport and climate change, her expertise covers environmental impact assessment, climate policy, particularly the NDC action plan for the transport sector, and environmentally sustainable transport. Mrs. Chutinthorn holds an M.S. in Industrial Ecology and Environment from Mahidol University, Thailand.
