Chutinthorn Mankhong is the Chief of the Sustainable Transport Promotion Group at Thailand's Ministry of Transport's Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP). She has been with OTP since 2002 and is currently responsible for handling environmental concerns in the transport sector at both national and international levels. Her expertise lies in environmental impact assessment, climate change issues (particularly the NDC action plan in the transport sector), and promoting environmentally sustainable transport.
