Cynthia Chávez Ríos

Cynthia Chávez Ríos has a bachelor degree in Economy from the Universidad de las Americas and a Master Degree in Administration from the Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla in México. Over 10 years of experience in planning and implementation of new projects, mainly transportation.  She served as Programming and Budgets advisor in the Secretary of Finance and Administration of Puebla, she has experience in structuration of public and private trusts and budget projections.  She was in charge of the Direction of Mass Transportation on Toll Roads, with the supervision and regulation of BRT operations in Puebla, and also served as head of the Transition Commission of Infrastructure and Transportation Secretary in Puebla with the implementation and regulation of the Puebla-Cholula train, she was also Director of Planning at the Transportation Secretary of Puebla and Manager of planning and promotion of the Puebla International Airport.
