Cluster Coordinator in GIZ's global 'Team Infrastructure and Mobility' and responsible for projects funded by the International Climate Initiative. From 2011 to 2015, Daniel was based in Beijing and led the urban mobility team in China. He is an expert in a wide range of topics (e.g. public transport, climate policy, electric mobility) and is passionate about understanding and reducing transport emissions. Before joining GIZ in 2009, he spent 11 years researching sustainable mobility at the German think tank Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy.
