Smt. Dipti Mahapatro has 16 years of administrative experience across development authorities, revenue and transport departments. Under her strong leadership and determination, CRUT has achieved multiple revenue and ridership targets within a year of its establishment in 2018 and excelled during COVID pandemic. CRUT has been recognised and awarded by Government of India twice, in 2019 and 2020. Under her leadership multiple measures have been taken related to women safety including deployment of more than 30% women conductors as crew.
