Dr. Gurhan Andac

Dr. Gurhan Andac’s past responsibilities during his 17 years at GE Aerospace have centered on gas turbine combustor aerodynamic design and fuels, encompassing the military, commercial, marine, and industrial platforms. He has extensive experience in fuels and fuel additives evaluations and qualifications, and fuel standards development. He is the Chair of ASTM Committee D02-J06 “Synthetic Aviation Turbine Fuels” and the Chair of ASTM 100% Drop-in SATF Standardization Task Force. He is a member of the executive and steering committees for fuels related groups at SAE, IATA, AFC, and CRC. He represents GE in many other platforms such as ICAO, CAAFI, RLCF, IAEG, and IASH. He resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.
