Dr. Mulugeta Getu Sisay

Mr. Sisay has 18 years of experience in teaching, research, and project management, specializing in climate change, transport mitigation, environmental governance, social justice, and land rights. He holds a PhD in Law from Cardiff University (UK), with a focus on strategies and policy tools to decarbonize transport in developing countries. Currently, he serves as a lead researcher and department coordinator at the Ethiopian Policy Studies Institute (PSI), a government-affiliated think-tank with 23 years of experience in policy research.
