Punya Chupanit

He earned a B.Eng in Civil Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, followed by an M.Eng in Structural Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology. He then obtained his Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the USA. Previously, he served as Director of the Bureau of International Highway Cooperation at the Department of Highway and became the Deputy Director General of the Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning OTP in 2020 before assuming the role of Director General in February 2021.
