Eva Kreienkamp

Eva Kreienkamp is a seasoned, award-winning person, company and project leader in start-ups, corporations and public services. Eva was Chief Executive Officer of Berliner Verkehrsgesellschaft (BVG) between October 2020 and June 2023. Before joining BVG she was managing director of the public transportation company in Mainz (MVG) and CEO of the private passenger train operator Hamburg-Köln-Express (HKX). Prior to serving in the travel/rail/public transportation business, she built her own consultancy around gender marketing and diversity management. She gained pan-european and international experience at Allianz SE. She holds a master’s degree in mathematics and computer science, giving her the basis for 30+ years in management and leadership positions. She promotes gender and diversity equity and inclusion as a speaker, writer and activist.
