Felicisimo Pangilinan, Jr. 

Director Pangilinan has served as Director for Planning Service for five years and has been with the Department of Transportation for decades. He represents the Department in the Philippine NDC and Just Transition Technical Working Groups. Since 2022, he has chaired the BIMP-EAGA Transport Cluster and represents the Philippines in the ASEAN Transport Facilitation Working Group.
