Frank heads KfW’s Sustainable Mobility and Social Development Latin America division. Before joining KfW in 2003 he worked as a consultant. Frank studied computer science and economics in Germany, France and Colombia and obtained his diploma and a doctoral degree in economics from Darmstadt Technical University.
