Master in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, specialized in renewable energies. Has more than 10 years of experience in the renewable energy and energy efficiency sector in Cabo Verde and Portugal. Main roles performed: Representative of the Portuguese company Circuitos Energy Solutions, in Cabo Verde (2013-2016), Project Manager in the field of renewable energy and energy efficiency. Teaching undergraduate courses, since 2011, at University of Cabo Verde and Jean Piaget University, and trainer in technical vocational training since 2013. He also contributed to energy transition in Cabo Verde, on the renewable energies, energy efficiency, sustainable energy skills certification and e-mobility field. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Centre for Renewable Energy and Industrial Maintenance (CERMI).
