H.E. Ms. Doreen DEBRUM

H.E. Ms. Doreen DEBRUM, the Ambassador to Switzerland and Permanent Representative to the UN Office and other International Organizations in Geneva arrived in her new posting in March 2019. Ambassador deBrum was appointed by her government to establish the first and only Embassy and Permanent Mission in Europe, with a mandate to cover all of Europe, in addition to the UN office in Geneva and other international organizations in Europe, including the European Union, Food and Agricultural Organization (FAO), the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the International Maritime Organization (IMO). Prior to that, Ambassador deBrum held several responsibilities as a civil servant, including as Assistant Secretary to the Bureau of Multilateral Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Planning Advisor on Fisheries Policy at the Marine Resources Authority.
