Heike Litzinger

Dr. Heike Litzinger is Head of the Division for urbanization, mobility and circular economy at the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Ms Litzinger has been working in the field of development cooperation since 2008. She had various positions in the BMZ, working among others in the field of coordination of EU development policy and trade policy. Heike Litzinger has studied law in Frankfurt/Main and Paris. She holds a PhD in history of law from the University of Frankfurt/Main.
