Herman Kwoba

Herman is currently working as a Transport and Climate Change advisor at GIZ in Kenya. He has a background in environmental studies and has been instrumental in the growth of the transport portfolio particularly through project preparation and partner engagement. Herman is currently working on a bilateral project on “Promotion of E-Mobility in Kenya” and is also handling the activities implemented by the Transformative Urban Mobility Initiative (TUMI) E-bus mission in Africa. Herman has expertise in developing, measuring and verification of mitigation strategies in the transport sector.
