Jean Patrick Mfoulou Olugu is a Transport Economist with extensive expertise in Urban Economics and Mobility in African cities. He holds a PhD in Transport Economics and was associated with several research centres and universities in Africa, where he conducted research and teaching activities. He later joined the City Council of Yaounde (CUY) as Head of the Transport Department, then Head of the Studies, Planning and Forecasting Unit and currently leading the Public Transport and Active Mobility Unit.
