Jim founded Walk21 more than 20 years ago to help make cities more walkable to increase access to basic services; enhance road safety and public health; improve gender equality; and ensure accessible, equitable, sustainable transport systems. He supports the development and delivery of walking policy, signature projects and campaigns and is currently involved in walking projects in 83 countries.
