Julio Cesar Chavez
Julio Cesar Chavez is an economist with a Master's and PhD in Transport Engineering. He has more than 20 years of experience in the transport sector, both nationally and internationally, in the development and analysis of urban transport studies and projects for countries in Latin America (Brazil, Bolivia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Peru, the Dominican Republic and Venezuela), the Middle East (Saudi Arabia), Europe (Turkey) and Asia (Pakistan), specializing in Planning, Economic-Financial Evaluation, TCO Evaluation for Electric Mobility and Training Programs. He has been a consultant in projects financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the World Bank (WB), the Andean Development Corporation (CAF) as well as German cooperation.
