Li Zhongkui

Dr. Zhongkui Li is a prominent senior researcher and Director at the Transportation Development Research Center at China Academy of Transportation Sciences, Ministry of Transport, China. Holding special government allowance status, he leads various roles like Director of Policy Advisory Committee's Office, Secretary General of Expert Committee Secretariat, and more in transport research platforms at Ministry of Transport.  Internationally, Dr. Li is part of PIARC's Freight Transport Working Group and the American Transport Association, with extensive contributions to international collaborations and national projects. Having released over 10 research works and 50 papers, his impact is remarkable in advancing transport science and practice, incl. transportation development strategy, planning, and policy.
