Liza Castillo

Costa Rican architect, passionate about agile methodologies and team management. Senior Director at SLOCAT Partnership, an alliance for Sustainable and Low Carbon Transportation. Former Vice Minister of Transportation and Road Safety of Costa Rica and co-founder of the network Mujeres en Movimiento, an initiative that promotes leadership training and gender equality in the transportation and mobility industry.
She is a collaborator of the City and Territory Laboratory (LACITE) of the University of Costa Rica and the Latin American Association of Urban Planners (ALPU).
