Malindi Msoni is the Head of the Transport and Infrastructure Development Unit at the Zambia Institute for Policy Analysis and Research, with nearly eight years of experience in policy analysis and research in the transport sector. She is passionate about promoting equitable transport systems that serve all road users, particularly pedestrians and cyclists, through evidence-based policy advice. Malindi is focused on elevating non-motorised transport in Zambia’s policy agenda, advocating for people-centred solutions to bring about lasting, transformative change in the country’s urban mobility systems.
