Manish Dutta Pandey

Manish Dutta Pandey is a Program Manager at WRI India and is based out of Delhi. He manages technical assistance and coalitions for the five five deep dive Indian cities. With over 10 years of experience in public transport with a focus on the bus sector, he has worked with multiple Indian cities and agencies supporting them in strategy, operations and ITS project implementation. He has also worked in the private mobility sector with a bus-based aggregator Shuttl advocating supportive central and state policies and created partnerships with the public sector.
