María Constanza García is a civil engineer from the University of La Salle, a specialist in Traffic and Transportation from the National University and a Master’s Degree in Management for Development from the Externado de Colombia University.

She has been Secretary of Mobility of Bogotá, Director of Transport and Infrastructure of the Mobility Secretariat of Bogotá, Technical Director of Projects at the Urban Development Institute (IDU), consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank in Costa Rica and consultant for public and private entities.
