Marion Vieweg

Marion Vieweg is a senior consultant on energy and climate strategies in Berlin, specialised in the analysis of energy and climate policy, mitigation options, and the link to sustainable development with the focus on the energy and transport sectors. She has a track record of analysing policy frameworks, including leading the Climate Action Tracker project for 3 years, looking both at the global level and at national policy implementation. She has experience in supporting developing countries, such as the Gambia and Viet Nam, directly in defining their ‘Nationally determined contributions (NDCs)’ under the UNFCCC.
