Friday, 8 November: Tracking the Transport Transformation: Sectoral Contribution to UNFCCC Reporting
As a passionate cyclist, Michel knows what difference environmental policy can make for clean air. Since 2020, he has been working on climate change, transport and energy policy in Vietnam. He’s been advising the Ministry of Transport on their approach for transport MRV, looking at the methodologies and processes, and developing a digital system to help the estimation. In the past, he worked on transport and regional governance projects in Cambodia, China and Germany and advocated local governments' policy positions to the European Commission in Brussels. Michel holds an MSc in Transport and City Planning from UCL.
