Ms. Chutinthorn Mankhong currently serves as Chief of Sustainable Transport Promotion Group at the Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP) in Thailand’s Ministry of Transport. She has been at the OTP since 2002. In her current capacity, Ms. Chutinthorn is responsible for environmental issues in the transport sector, both at the national and international levels. Since 2009, she has served as a Committee Member of the Thailand Greenhouse Gases Management Organization. Her areas of expertise include environmental impact assessment, climate change issues especially on NDC action plan in transport sector and environmentally sustainable transport. Ms. Chutinthorn holds an M.S. in Industrial Ecology and Environment from Mahidol University in Thailand.
