Philippe Sohouenou has been a project manager at RESALLIENCE (VINCI Group) since 2021, where he develops and manages international projects focusing on adaptation to climate change. In particular, he has led resilience studies for urban projects in Ouagadougou, Douala and Saint-Louis in Senegal. Before joining RESALLIENCE, Philippe developed decision support models to better manage transport infrastructure for Network Rail (2016) and SNCF Réseaux (2017). Philippe is a civil and transport engineering graduate of ESTP Paris and the University of Nottingham. He also holds a PhD, specialising in modelling the resilience of transport systems.
