Rafael Hernández Kotasek

Rafael Hernández Kotasek is an economist with a master's degree in Economic Development and project evaluation, financial derivatives and econometric models. In the public sector, he has worked as Technical Secretary of Planning and Evaluation for the state of Yucatán, Undersecretary of Social Development in the state of Nuevo León and as National Coordinator of States and Municipalities of the National Commission for Regulatory Improvement (CONAMER). In the private sector, he has been an advisor in the development of smart cities in different states in the Mexican Republic.
