Sean is a Programme Manager in the Sustainable Mobility Unit of the United Nations Environment Programme. UNEP is supporting over 80 lower- and middle-income countries to accelerate their low-carbon mobility transition and Sean oversees the projects in Eastern Europe, West and Central Asia. Sean also leads UNEP’s Global Freight Programme.
