Sebastian Ibold

Since 2023, Sebastian has served as the team leader for sustainable mobility at GIZ in Morocco. From 2017 until 2022, he held the responsibility of executing the German-Chinese cooperation on climate-friendly transportation with GIZ in China. Between 2011 and 2016, he worked as an urban planner for the German and American planning firms Internationales Stadtbauatelier (ISA), Albert Speer and Partners (AS+P), and AECOM, where his contributions encompassed the planning and development of new cities, spanning locations in China and Saudi Arabia. In 2010, he achieved his master's degree in urban and regional planning from the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus (BTU).
