Sebastian Ibold

Sebastian is a Berlin born regional planner, urban designer and mobility enthusiast with more than 10 years of professional experience in planning, design and the realisation of cities in China. Besides his experience in planning and design, he is specialized in international cooperation and policy advisory, where he focuses on the integration of low carbon transport, mobility and urban development. Currently, Sebastian serves in the Sustainable Mobility team of GIZ China as director of the project Sino-German Cooperation on Low Carbon Transport (CLCT) and the China component of the NDC Transport Initiative for Asia (NDC-TIA).
