Cabrel Tokam is a transport specialist with extensive experience across Africa, currently working with the Mitigation Action Facility (MAF) as a Climate Finance Advisor. He specializes in public transport, paratransit, and electric mobility, with a focus on policy and investment analysis, infrastructure design, and stakeholder engagement. He has supported global organizations including the World Bank, UN-Habitat and GIZ to advance just and climate-friendly mobility solutions.
