Yin Zhenjun, Director of the Waterway Transport Planning Division under the Department of the Comprehensive Planning Department of the Ministry of Transport of China. He has devoted a long period of time to the strategic planning and advancement of China’s water transport sector. With a consistent focus on enhancing and modernising the national water transport infrastructure network, he has provided leadership in formulating major policy documents and action plans, as well as in implementing of a series of waterway projects of critical national importance.
