Lisa Hofheinz is heading the bilateral GIZ "Promotion of Energy and Energy Efficiency Programme" (short PREEEP) in Uganda. One of the programme's focus areas is skills & market development within the broader Energy sector in Uganda. Skilling women and fostering female participation at the nexus of Energy, Climate and Transport has been at the core of the work Lisa has been doing in Uganda since 2020.
